The sermon title was "Back Door Growth." The scriptures were John 1:43-46 and 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. When we think of blessings, we think of good things like peaceful waters and mountain-top views - the blessings that are obvious. However, there are also great blessings that come to us through difficult experiences. These often come through the "back door" and teach and transform us so much as well. God can use all things for His purpose (Romans 8:28).
