The sermon title was "Cleaning Out Every Room" and the scripture text was Jeremiah 17:7-10 and Mark 1:14-15. We have a problem - a sin problem that is why Jesus came to forgive us of our sins but we need to repent. I spoke about what repenting means and we all keep a room, a hall closet, or attic to ourselves. We give Christ most all the rooms in our heart but we hold on to some things for many reasons. Jesus wants it all - all the muck and mire of who we are. He loves all of us.
